Henry Madsen has been a teacher for almost 30 years.   He has been a principal for the last 20 years, with experience at all divisions and grades.  Most recently, he opened a new K - 9 school with the Edmonton Public School Board.  This school of over 900 students has a simple mission statement:  "High Levels of Learning for All Students".  While simple in words, creating a culture of high levels of learning is challenging and brilliantly rewarding.  Henry is passionate about creating a school culture where all students are successful, where relationships are a foundation to learning, and where the larger community works to create multiple layers of support.  Results at his school are a testimony to the success of culture building.
